Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload freight, materials, and products from trailers, trucks, or railcars.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work area to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Sort, stack, and tag inventory according to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (or be willing to obtain one).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
