Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order tickets and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure packaging materials are used correctly.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
