Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently according to customer orders and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks, to ensure smooth operations.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S principles.
- Update inventory systems in real-time to reflect stock levels and movements.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensuring timely shipment processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
