Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and reporting any mechanical issues.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of movements and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
