Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is preferred, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic math skills for counting inventory; excellent attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime shifts and weekends if required.
