Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring goods are secured properly.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to identify any potential issues.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and quality work standards.
