Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and Order Picker) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and organizing stock efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with valid certification (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Forklift).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
