Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and move products.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and loaded onto trucks according to weight and balance specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (valid and current).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
