Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Forklift License) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
