Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Accurately receive, count, and stock incoming inventory while tagging items properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict 5S safety standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator with valid license (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
