Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of orders for shipment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and traffic rules within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required.
