Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory in designated storage zones to maximize space efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license required).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
