Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., Reach Truck, Order Picker, Forklift).
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from designated storage areas using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate logs of stock movement.
- Ensure the warehouse and work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (clean driving record required).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation.
