Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials in 100,000+ sq ft warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage inventory control via RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize stacking procedures to maximize storage capacity
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience in high-volume environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic settings
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
