What You Will Do
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues before and during shifts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a tidy workspace to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
