Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
