Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks while maintaining equipment stability.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CP or Class A/B/C).
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor.
