Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklift) to load, unload, move, and store materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and machinery to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of goods in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in the movement of heavy pallets and equipment using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting and operate machinery for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
