Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and care.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety during transit.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and communication.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training upon hiring.
