Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from storage areas based on digital orders and pack them for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report on the condition of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
