Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy industrial equipment (reach truck, cherry picker, etc.).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
