Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory levels and stock movements.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
