Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (after training), pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
