Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and stack inventory with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately count, verify, and record stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of safety compliance.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
