Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Support cross-functional departments as needed
- Complete daily shift logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift 10pm-6am)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
