Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect and maintain equipment for optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
