Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and ensure proper organization of warehouse inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to meet daily production targets.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping and delivery.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent physical stamina.
- License: Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicles) and ability to pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
