Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols and weight limits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
