Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, cherry pickers) to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets in accordance with safety protocols and weight limits.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Organize inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid and up-to-date).
- Previous warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work the Night Shift on a consistent schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
