Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock integrity.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of products to our clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
