Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, sort, and store products accurately to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Picking & Packing: Select items based on orders and prepare them for shipment with precision and care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Documentation: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for reliable candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse machinery (forklift, conveyor belts) are advantageous.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
