Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles, using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock placement in designated areas.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before and after use and report any mechanical problems immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift operation.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
