Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials with precision.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against customer invoices.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- No prior forklift experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
