Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect and maintain forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company operating procedures
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization tasks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license (may be required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our program
