Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure all products are stored correctly and inventory is organized for easy access.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping targets.
- Assist in packaging and labeling shipments accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new safety procedures.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety labels and logs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hiring.
