Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
