Responsibilities
- Receiving and Storing: Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and securely store merchandise in designated zones.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently locate items using warehouse management systems and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- No Experience Needed: We train all new hires. A willingness to learn is more important than prior history.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
