Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety weight limits.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, unexpired Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
