Your Day-to-Day:
You will be responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount in this role.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before use and report any mechanical problems to management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and accessible.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Clean and organize the warehouse floor, including pallets and racks, to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High Lift).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for delivery duties).
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
