Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
- Document all material movements and maintain accurate records
- Support other warehouse duties as needed to maintain workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
