Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts or heavy warehouse equipment (1+ years preferred).
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (we will provide training for qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
