Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare merchandise for shipping with precision and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
