Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time stock tracking
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams for inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized storage systems with proper labeling protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Train staff on inventory control best practices
- Audit physical inventory against system records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
