Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) provided
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Forklift certification required (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
