Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment lifecycle from order processing to final delivery
- Optimize routing and carrier selection for cost-effective transportation
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Track shipments using TMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve transportation discrepancies and manage exception handling
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for seamless operations
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LA port operations and customs procedures
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
