Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with precision
- Generate inventory reports for management review and compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team for stock replenishment planning
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
