Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment alerts
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy >99%
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning technology (RFID/Zebra scanners)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
