Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS software
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual audits
- Collaborate with purchasing to address stock variances
Qualifications
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
