Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Execute inventory control procedures with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Conduct cycle counts and support annual inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Flexible availability to support weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive location
