Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Organize and store raw materials in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail in documentation processes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional overtime
